Flower Shop Retail Sales/Office Assistant

I need someone who has retail sales background to help in the store with customers.
Must have strong customer service skills and experience in retail the environment.
Will need to learn specific floral industry software.
Must have a no job is too big or too small attitude.
Be willing to jump in when it's evident the owner needs help.
Must be able to multi- task efficiently and be able to work well in high energy, busy environments.
This job is not for the faint of heart.
There is a lot to learn and i am looking for a long term emplyee who is willing to take the time to learn the business and become apart of our small but amazing team.
Duties will include but not limited to the list below:
Responsibilities Work sales floor Answer phones Process payments Help prep flowers Water plants Answer customers' questions about specific products/services Sweep floors and wipe down counters and shelves at end of each shift Possibly assist with floral deliveries on busy days Other duties as assigned Skills Proven work experience in Retail Sales as a Sales Associate or similar role Understanding of the retail sales process Familiarity with consumer behavior principles Basic math skills Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Flexibility to work various shifts and days Other duties as assigned High school degree or equivalent Job Type:
