Provides support in assisting patients and family members with resolving all their financial needs by establishing payment arrangements or financial assistance determination.
In addition, you would assess the need for financial assistance within the organization.
Promotes patient satisfaction, serving as a liaison on behalf of hospital and patient.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
