In addition, the Director of Workforce Development & Teen Services will assess teen members career interests, coordinate Indiana Graduation Pathways courses in cooperation with guidance counselor.
Lead community engagement in cooperation with Club Directors and Club Advisory Boards as it relates to workforce readiness.
In addition, s/he will oversee the planning, development and implementation of a broad range of out-of-school programs for youth between the ages of 13 and 18.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Previous experience in a school setting.
Ability to self-manage and handle multiple projects.
Problem solving & critical thinking skills and proficient with Microsoft Office.
