We are looking for someone who is dependable, works well with others, has excellent decision-making skills, and can exceed customers' expectations.
Job Description Converses with customers or supervising personnel to address questions, problems, or requests from services or equipment.
Records and maintains files of customer requests, work, services performed, charges, expenses, and inventory.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to) Creating and issuing invoices to customers.
Preparing account statements for customers.
Following up on outstanding accounts and answering customers' questions.
Manage account records:
follow up on invoices, processed payments, credits, new balances, and customer account information.
Assist the service managers as necessary for dispatching.
Requirements High school diploma/GED Proficient in typing Knowledge of accounting software Knowledge of Microsoft 365 software Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Attention to detail Previous work in an office setting Ability to pass a background check and drug test is required Job Type:
