Job Description:
The ideal candidate will thrive in a culture of accountability and achievement while delivering significant business results.
Will possess 2-3 years of sales experience with a detailed, proven track record.
Title insurance or residential real estate experience preferred, but not required.
Key activities:
Meet and exceed sales call and appointment setting quotas Exceed sales goals for transaction and revenue growth Generate and qualify leads in the residential real estate segment Call prospective clients to set appointments and solicit business Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue with existing clients Keep CRM current by logging calls, appointments, tasks, notes, etc.
Keep current with industry changes and competitor strategies Maintain a well-known, respected presence in the local real estate community Maintain an excellent level of communication and relationship with internal staff Compensation:
