The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our legal team, including preparing legal documents, filing paperwork, and managing calendars.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Draft and edit legal documents, such as contracts and pleadings.
Organize and maintain files, records, and other documents.
Schedule appointments and meetings with clients and attorneys.
Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or office.
Provide administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff.
