Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to deliver and market products to customers on assigned routes - Provide excellent customer service by delivering products in a timely and professional manner - Stock and organize products on delivery vehicle according to planograms - Communicate with customers to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of products - Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers - Complete administrative tasks such as recording deliveries, collecting payments, and maintaining delivery logs - Train and supervise new route drivers as needed - Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Previous experience in route driving or a similar role preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Ability to plan and execute routes efficiently - Basic knowledge of retail math for accurate inventory management - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required We offer competitive pay and benefits packages for our Route Drivers.
