Summary:
Conduct all initial registrations and/or evaluations for adolescents and adults seeking services at Porter Starke Services.
Conduct crisis evaluations for adolescents and adults with mental health and substance abuse needs, when necessary.

Provides information and referrals to community services both in person and via the telephone.
Complete thorough intake evaluations, triage assessments and registrations.
Answer client phone calls.
Understands Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance programs in regards to coverage limitations and restrictions.
Maintains and assures client confidentiality.
Cross-train at all Admissions locations in the Porter Starke network in order to provide support as needed as the various office locations, as deemed necessary by the Director of Acute Intensive Services.
Completes electronic and paper medical record documentation as required.
Provides crisis intervention services on-site or at contracted ED locations, when needed.
Prepares new client registration and intake for outpatient services and programs.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
