The successful candidate for this Hot Strip Mill Turn Supervisor position will supervise the operations of a Hot Strip Mill in a steel industry mini-mill.
HOT STRIP MILL TURN SUPERVISOR
Industry: Mini-Mill in the Steel Industry
DESCRIPTION
In this position you will oversee all activities of production and maintenance for the scheduled turn. You will report directly to the Hot Strip Mill Division Manager.
Ensure that operators are fully trained in safe operating practices of the HSM.
Conduct frequent safety meetings.
Supervise all turn activities to maximize productivity.
Address attendance and correction issues as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
The position requires a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a steel mill environment. Post high school education preferred.

Competitive compensation and excellent benefitsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
