Lead Product Engineer

The Lead Product Engineer is responsible for developing complex products for new and existing projects while working with a locally or globally positioned team of customers and suppliers, both internal and external. He/She will also supervise Product Design Engineers and/or CAD Designers. Your challenge Responsible for engineering and conceptualizing designs of MANN+HUMMEL products, in a global work environment, via phone/web conference, written, and face-to-face communication. Strong customer technical engineering support. Works with CAD Designers and Product Design Engineers to develop fully parameterized product models according to the program timelines. Responsible for confirmation of product design throughout product development cycle. Responsible for planning and formulating the research and analysis of engineering proposals, designs and specifications to determine the feasibility of product designs, while minimizing the costs to develop and manufacture. Analyzes operational, validation and verification testing and research data to establish performance compliance for newly designed or modified products or methods. Updates project team of project status. Develops and revises Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis (DFMEA). Supports Test Engineer in the research and/or development of specifications for product validation and testing. Studies engineering and technical publications to keep current on technological changes and developments in the industry. Establish program budgets for design cost and timing in collaboration with the Manager-Design and Development. Performs all activities in a professional and positive manner. Actively participates in annual objectives and Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement in the department. Maintains good attendance record to ensure timely work completion. Must have knowledge of and adhere to the current Quality System and product development process xSEP requirements that relate to this job. Performs other related duties as assigned Your profile  Bachelor's degree in Engineering plus at least (8) eight years of applicable work experience. ? Strong knowledge of plastic injection and blow molding manufacturing process. ? Practical injection and blow molding tooling knowledge. ? Strong knowledge of GD&T. ? Practical vehicle and engine powertrain knowledge. ? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software. ? Demonstrated CAD skills to be able to create and revise 2D/3D data using one of the following systems: Catia, NX Unigraphics , ProE, or Solidworks. ? Ability to communicate easily and effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. ? Must complete New Employee Orientation and Quality Systems Overview and any other training identified by department management.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
